Yes, all our garden rooms when completed will include , flush fitting power sockets and switches, internal lighting, external wall lights, fused spurs for electric radiators and separate consumer unit. All electrics are installed by our NIC registered electricians. Electrical connection to the house is quoted for separately upon site survey, we can include for cat-6 data connection.

In most cases Planning permission will not be required. Under permitted development rights, if the building is no more than one storey high, Where the total height is no more than 4m if the building has a dual pitched roof and no more than 2.5metres high if the building is within 2m boundary What are SIP panels Structural Insulated Panels are made from a layer of insulating foam sandwiched between two structural panels of OSB (oriented strand board), offering high levels of thermal insulation, increased structural strength and fast construction times. Your garden room can be clad in timber with Western red cedar, Siberian Larch or Thermowood. Some clients prefer the natural aged look of the timber, the timber will naturally turn grey in colour if left untreated. For those clients that prefer the timber to remain looking as new, we recommend that the timber is regularly maintained by applying a suitable product such as Osmo UV protection oil. We include this finish as standard unless the client specifies otherwise. Your garden room can also be clad with composite cladding, giving a wood effect but can be supplied in a variety of colours and needs little maintenance. Due to the versatility of the SIP construction the building can also be clad with slip bricks to offer traditional brick built effect or can be rendered with K-Render for a smooth rendered finish with a variety of render colours to choose from. Can I Use my Garden Room as an office With many people now working from home, there has been a significantly increased demand for home office space. A garden room office allows for a dedicated workplace out side of the house but with the added convenience of only having ti travel to Your Garden Room. Other popular uses for Your Garden Rooms are to create a home gym/yoga room, or as a home art studio, a music room, gaming room, a den for the children/teenagers or simply as placebo relax.

In terms of construction there should be no problem provided the drainage is accessible. However In order to include a bathroom and WC, you will need planning permission as the garden room will become a habitable space. If you would like to apply for planning permission we can help you with this.

Due to the speed of construction of SIP’s Your Garden Room will be ready for use in three to four weeks in most cases.

Due to the thermal properties of the SIP construction and the double glazed door and window units Your Garden Room is built with all year round use. We do provide as standard an smart electrical radiator. However if the client wishes to include air conditioning for summer and winter use, this can be quoted for at an extra cost through one of our partners.

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
